How do I place my order?

To place your order, follow these steps :

  • Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you love.
  • After you have found your loved design, choose the relevant size (if you are not sure of the size, refer the size chart to find the correct size). Then click on the ‘Add to cart’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products in your cart).
  • After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.
  • Now, confirm your shipping address and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.

How will I get confirmation that my order is placed successfully?

Once you have successfully placed an order. We will send a confirmation email with your order information to your registered email.

How do I track my order?

We understand you are eager about your products. So, Please enter the order ID and billing email in the order tracking page to know the status of your products. If there are any further queries/issues with your order, please write you us mentioning your order ID and billing email at connect@lecomrade.com and we will sort things out.

I tried placing my order using my Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking. The money got deducted but the order was not successful. What should I do?

That’s pretty unusual to happen but anyhow there’s nothing to worry. As a first step, kindly check your bank account to ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 10 business days. For any further assistance, please write to us at connect@lecomrade.com and we will help you further.

Returns and Cancellation Policy

What are the terms of the return policy?

  • Customers can return their order by dropping us an email at connect@lecomrade.com within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
  • In case of any defective products being delivered, please drop us an email with the images of the product at connect@lecomrade.com within 3 days from the date of delivery. Our quality check team will look into it and get back to you. But please note that you have to follow the return products process.
  • If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this.
  • Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.

Note: Returns are accepted only if the product is either defective or for the size exchange of the same design.

How do I cancel my order?

  • Orders that have not been processed can be cancelled by dropping an email to us at connect@lecomrade.com along with the order ID and billing email address.
  • If you want to edit your order we will not be able to change anything once processed. For changes in the order before it has been processed, please write to us at connect@lecomrade.com along with the order ID and billing email address. We will see if we can work it out for you.

What is the return process?

  • As a first step, customers have to drop us an email at connect@lecomrade.com within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Self-Ship: Since we do not have a reverse pick up facility, we request you to self-ship the product to us. We will credit Rs. 50/- in your account for the shipping costs only if the delivered products are defective.

How do I self-ship the products?

  • Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
  • You can courier the product(s) to the address mentioned below:

  • On receiving the product at the warehouse, upon quality check by our team, we shall do the needful.

What is the refund policy for returns of orders placed during a sale period?

If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
